Information received

Whatever you decide to include in a call, an email or the form. In practice that means a name, some way to reach you back, where the property sits, and a few lines on how the pavement is behaving. Nothing more is required of you.

Routine server logs may record which pages were requested and the approximate origin of the request. Those are reviewed to understand which pages are useful, and they are not put to any other use.

Purpose

Replying to you, and setting up a walk of the property. Nothing is collected for any other reason.

Onward disclosure

This site connects Cleveland-area owners and property managers with an asphalt contractor working the metro. Where you have asked for that connection, your enquiry goes to that contractor so they can respond to you directly. It is never sold, and it is not passed to anyone with no role in answering it.

Retention

Through the life of your enquiry and any work arising from it, and not materially beyond.

You may ask to see what is held, to have an error put right, or to have the whole record removed. Send that to admin@clevelandblacktop.com and it will be actioned.
